As a Medical Liaison Officer with Healius Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and promoting the services of our pathology business to healthcare professionals. Job Description

In this role, you will act as the bridge between our business and healthcare professionals, responsible for delivering revenue growth through targeted marketing and sales initiatives. You will manage existing referrer relationships, develop new opportunities, and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop current referrer relationships, ensuring seamless delivery of marketing strategies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for referrer matters, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
  • Resolve and escalate referrer issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive territory plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Meet revenue targets by implementing effective revenue growth strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Current driver's license essential.
  • Qualification in a health science, business, sales, or medical terminology desirable but not essential.
  • Recent graduate or industry background desirable but not essential.
  • Demonstrated sales experience with a history of achieving sales targets, preferably in healthcare desirable but not essential.
  • Proficient computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and CRM tools (Salesforce) desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills essential.
