Customer Service Ambassador
About the RoleAs a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to internal and external customers, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively resolve potential customer issues, anticipating and addressing concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote events and foster a community environment.
- Attend daily meetings to ensure the smooth operation of the space, including opening/closing procedures and member requirements.
- Complete new member inductions, onboarding/offboarding processes, and practices that adhere to organizational standards.
- Support the day-to-day running of the center, providing assistance to team members as needed.
- Host and organize networking and community events.
- Report and complete maintenance requests.
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- University Graduate preferred, with strong self-awareness and moral values.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
