Requirements:
To excel in this role, you will need:
Previous experience in a food and beverage environment
Mixing and serving beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic)
Hold a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and possess Food Safety knowledge
Be an experienced barista with a passion for coffee
Commercial Cookery qualifications and/or relevant experience
Exemplary communication and customer service skills
Immaculate presentation and grooming standards
Adaptability to flexible rotas, including evenings and weekends
Understanding of OH&S guidelines and legislative food safety requirements
