The Loddon Area is a key operational unit within the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing Victoria.

Job Description

The Area Director leads and manages service delivery and reform implementation across the Loddon area, located in the North Division. This role is accountable for client outcomes at a local level for integrated human services.

  • Implement departmental priorities for direct services within the area, including child protection, housing and community engagement programs.
  • Lead the integration of multidisciplinary service delivery within the area, focusing on providing holistic client outcomes within evolving frameworks of reform.

This position requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will work closely with the Divisional Executive and other stakeholders to achieve intended client outcomes.
