About This Role

  • Clinical Service Delivery: Ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical services that meet or exceed resident expectations.

  • Care Planning: Develop and implement care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident.
  • Audit and Compliance: Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Nursing Degree: A current nursing degree and registration with the relevant health authority.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a clinical care setting.

  • Effective Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
