We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Operations division, working closely with the Information Technology team.

About the Opportunity

This role will involve assessing current processes throughout the firm with a view to digitalise, automate and standardise in line with organisational goals.

Working with stakeholders from all divisions, this role will build relationships with a wide range of employees, assess a situation from all angles and provide a range of options on how to proceed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, document, drive and support business process simplification, standardisation and (where possible) automation activities.
  • Develop and maintain a project plan for all business processes under revision, with clear delivery dates identified.
  • Facilitate, coordinate map and document business processes while engaging stakeholders to define problem areas and requirements.
  • Manage and co-ordinate delivery of each agreed BA process improvement activity.
  • Facilitate and drive collaboration between appropriate divisions to support change management activities.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum 5 years experience ideally within professional services.
  • A relevant bachelors degree.
  • Business Analyst qualification/s or extensive experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication to different stakeholders.
  • Ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • A high level of attention to detail which ensures accuracy of information.
  • Ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines and work.
  • Tech savvy with social media knowledge and the ability to adopt new technologies.
  • Creative skills.
  • Able to support marketing activities outside of standard work hours.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package in the range of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role will be based in our Melbourne CBD office with flexible working in line with our hybrid working policy.
