Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team in Perth. As a trusted advisor to middle management, you will provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organisational development. Your proactive approach will ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws, while your exceptional communication skills will enable you to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic HR support to middle management, offering insights and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes, including promotions, internal transfers, performance reviews, and exits.
  • Mediate and resolve employee issues, providing guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations matters.
  • Work closely with the business partnering team to support case management and investigations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an HR advisory or senior officer role, with a solid understanding of HR best practice.
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • HR qualification.
