About the Opportunity:

As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team and delivering an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in leading the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver an unbeatable client experience.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our product offerings, including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
  • Foster open communication with your team by providing effective feedback and consistent communication with the Management team.
  • Serve as the point of contact when being the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and cast member matters within a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive a selling culture and exceed KPIs.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across various aspects of store operations, including sales, management, and back-of-house functions. You will also receive initial onboarding training and ongoing learning opportunities through our online platform and field trainers.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has previous retail management experience and a proven track record of success in managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Is a hands-on leader who is passionate about excellent client service and experiential retail.
  • Has a passion for maintaining a strong and positive culture where everyone is valued, recognized, and enabled to succeed.
  • Is driven to deliver results and has a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
