This role as Floor Manager (Senior Beauty Advisor) is your opportunity to bring your passion, share your knowledge, and make your mark at a leading global beauty retailer.

The opportunity: As a Floor Manager, you will be our Senior Beauty Advisor, supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in leading the store team in a fast-paced retail environment.

You'll drive a selling culture, exceed KPIs, and raise the performance and capability of your team through coaching and supporting their growth and development.

Utilising reporting data to support operational decisions and facilitating open communication with your team are key aspects of this role.

In this position, you will work across all categories from beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness, as well as store functions of sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

Initial onboarding training and continuous learning will be provided through our unique online learning platform and field trainers.

The ideal candidate will be able to provide 5 full days of availability across key trading times, including late-night, weekend, and public holiday trading.
