Store Manager Opportunity

We're seeking a passionate and experienced professional to lead our sales team in one of our Melbourne stores on a full-time basis.

This role offers a unique chance to bring your passion for beauty, share your knowledge, and make a meaningful impact in the industry.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help their team members succeed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Embodying our brand's DNA by showcasing a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience to customers.
  • Driving a high-performing sales culture to consistently exceed performance targets through coaching and supporting growth and development.
  • Utilizing and interpreting reporting data to inform operational decisions by working closely with colleagues.
  • Fostering open communication with your team through effective feedback and consistent collaboration with management.

You'll have the opportunity to work across all categories from beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness; as well as store functions of sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

An initial onboarding program and ongoing learning opportunities through our online platform and field trainers will equip you to excel in this role.
