Experience the art of leadership at our newest beauty destination in Melbourne. We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Zone Manager to drive success in our store through strong communication and upskilling the team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a part-time role that may include shifts across late night and weekend peak trade. As a Zone Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in your store.

  • Lead from the front; drive sales growth and team performance through effective coaching and mentoring.
  • Engage and motivate the store team to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and uphold the company's values.

What you'll bring to this role:

  • Prior experience in successfully leading large retail teams with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for customers to create memorable moments.
  • Confidence in providing feedback to develop and coach team members.
