Beauty Retail Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational leader to spearhead our sales team, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational success.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, driving sales growth, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • This role requires proven leadership, coaching and business management skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • The successful candidate will create and execute a strategic business plan to recruit and retain customers through targeted marketing, in-store events and exceptional customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, focusing on sales growth, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  2. Provide coaching and guidance to ensure team members reach their full potential and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  3. Create and execute strategic business plans to drive sales growth, customer acquisition and retention.
  4. Partner with senior leaders to progress within the beauty industry, with exposure to business planning, consumer insights, event management and front-line marketing.
