Strategic Reform Officer

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide strategic leadership and guidance in the development, implementation, and evaluation of alcohol and other drugs (AOD) sector reform initiatives. This role will work closely with stakeholders to identify key areas for improvement and develop effective solutions to address these challenges.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-level advice and support to senior stakeholders on AOD sector reform initiatives
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve outcomes in the AOD sector
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to build relationships and achieve common goals
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
- Proven experience in strategic leadership and policy development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
