We are seeking a skilled professional to fill this key role.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, including Unix/Solaris System Administration and shell/bash scripting. Additionally, they should have experience with database administration, query writing in RDBMS and/or NoSQL, and application programming. A high-level understanding of ITIL Service Management processes is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective change management, capacity planning, incident management, risk management, and continuity planning utilizing best practices in systems support and service delivery within the ITIL framework.
  • Develop and promote ITIL Service Management processes primarily incident/problem/test/change/release and configuration management.

Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to participate in on-call arrangements. Previous experience working with non-relational databases, JMS, GRAILS or other MVC Java-based Framework, and knowledge of source control (GIT or SVN) would be highly regarded.
