Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven track record in brand marketing and leadership to join our global team. As Senior Brand Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies that align with our business objectives. Your expertise will be essential in driving brand growth, improving brand awareness, and enhancing customer engagement across multiple regions.

  • Drive Strategic Brand Growth: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with our business objectives and drive brand growth in key international markets.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, R&D, Insights, and Operations, to ensure alignment on strategy and execution.
  • Lead Capability Building: Embed strategic frameworks, templates, and best practices across international teams to enhance capability and drive success.
  • Support Market Evaluation: Conduct market analysis and provide recommendations to inform business decisions and drive growth initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Brand Marketing Experience: Proven experience in brand marketing, with exposure to strategic brand development and cross-functional leadership.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across cultures and geographies.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed, global environment.
