Brand Development Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Brand Manager to drive the growth and success of our global brands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies that achieve business goals and strengthen brand equity.

Crafting compelling brand narratives and leading high-impact campaigns will be at the forefront of your role. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create unforgettable product experiences that inspire consumer loyalty and drive sales.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft and implement brand strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance brand reputation.
  • Design and execute engaging marketing campaigns, collaborating with creative agencies and internal teams.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, develop and launch new products, and contribute to long-term category vision.
  • Analyse market trends, consumer feedback, and competitor insights to inform future innovation and marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate with Customer Development, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver a winning proposition to market.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Management, or a related field (Master's is an asset).
  • Proven track record in marketing, trade, advertising, or research agency environments.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proficiency in English and local language.
