Job Opportunity

The Global Senior Brand Manager will drive strategic brand growth across multiple markets, with a focus on the European continent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive strategic brand growth across multiple international markets, focusing on the European region.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Marketing, Research and Development, Insights, and Operations to align on business strategy and execution.
  • Act as a key liaison between Strategic Business Unit (SBU) strategies and local partner markets to ensure aligned global expansion initiatives.
  • Lead capability development by embedding strategic frameworks, templates, and best practices across international teams.
  • Support market evaluation and global growth initiatives, driving strategic decision-making.

Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or a related field are essential. Proven experience in brand marketing, with exposure to strategic brand development and cross-functional leadership is required. Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across cultures and geographies are necessary. A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed, global environment is also essential. A growth-oriented mindset, with a passion for capability building and international brand expansion is highly valued.
