What does the role look like?
As the Customer Experience & Security Officer, you'll be the friendly face and first point of contact for employees, customers, and visitors, ensuring every interaction is seamless and welcoming. You'll bring a fun and approachable vibe while delivering top-notch security services and maintaining a professional presence. With a keen eye for detail and a caring attitude, you'll help safeguard our people, customers, and assets. Teaming up with new Management and a supportive Security Team, you'll work collaboratively to keep operations smooth, secure, and even enjoyable for everyone around you

What you will look like?
We're on the hunt for someone who genuinely loves helping people and delivering amazing customer service—all while keeping things fun and friendly You've got sharp instincts, a great eye for detail, and a knack for staying one step ahead. Even in the busiest or most high-pressure situations, you bring a calm vibe that puts everyone at ease. With a strong work ethic and a team-player attitude, you're the kind of person who lifts others up and gets the job done with a smile.

While prior experience in security or customer service is a bonus, it's not essential—we're more than happy to provide training to the right candidate
