**Job Title:** Property Investor Liaison Specialist

**About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Client Care Coordinator to join our team at Sharon Bennie, a specialist property recruitment agency. As a Property Investor Liaison Specialist, you will be working with clients who are purchasing in-house and land developments.

**Key Responsibilities:

  1. Liaise with builders, mortgage brokers and other stakeholders to assist clients prepare for construction.
  2. Keep clients informed of the builders' progress and estimated completion timeframes.
  3. Support clients with finding property managers and signing relevant agency agreements.
  4. Coordinate pre-settlement inspections and support clients through the handover and defect stage.

**Requirements:

  • You will come from a similar client care role with either a property investment company, house and land sales team or builder (essential).
  • Strong administration skills with proven ability to maintain a high attention to detail.
  • A can-do, positive attitude and pride yourself on building good rapport with clients.
  • Proven ability to think outside the square and show initiative.
  • Some flexibility in working hours due to the nature of the industry (but generally no requirement to work on weekends or late in the evening).
