Unlock Your Potential as an Investor Relations Advisor

Lendlease is seeking a highly skilled Investor Relations Advisor to join our Investments business. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping our business direction and fostering strong relationships with investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and coordinate quarterly investor reports, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
  • Manage incoming investor queries and requests for data, providing clear and concise responses.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to complete Operational Due Diligence processes, including Loopio tool utilization and onsite visits.
  • Engage with investors through meetings, site visits, and other events, promoting our investment opportunities.
  • Support the Head of Investor Relations in coordinating AGM/EGM, investor forums, and other events.
  • Build strong internal relationships to ensure effective implementation of the Investor Engagement Strategy.
  • Contribute to liquidity window and equity raising processes, including the production of supporting materials.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will have 1-3 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, capital markets, or accounting, coupled with relevant tertiary qualifications.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong financial and analytical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders is essential.
