Job Title: New Client Liaison Lawyer

We are seeking a skilled Lawyer Liaison Specialist to join our team at AFL Recruitment. As a key member of our client care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

About the Role:

In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for new clients, responding to their enquiries and providing initial legal advice. You will work closely with our team of lawyers to determine the next steps for each client and ensure that their needs are met.

You will have the opportunity to work across multiple areas of law, including personal injury, commercial, property, estates, family, and criminal law. Our team is passionate about helping people, and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to client care and compassion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to new client enquiries and provide initial legal advice
  • Assess the viability of client enquiries and determine the next steps
  • Work closely with our team of lawyers to ensure client needs are met
  • Provide exceptional client service and ensure a seamless experience for our clients

Requirements:
  • Admitted lawyer in NSW with 2+ years post-qualification experience in personal injury law (preferable) AND 2 or more of the following: 1) commercial law; 2) property law; 3) family law; 4) wills/estates; 5) criminal law; 6) commercial litigation
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Client-service centric
  • Passionate about helping people, empathetic and professional
  • Proven ability to exercise good judgement and resolve problems expeditiously
