The role requires a high level of responsibility and includes:
- Assisting with the achievement of set financial targets
- Stock control and management
- Maintaining a high standard of front-of-house ambiance and appearance at all times

- Previous experience in hospitality management

- Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence
- Food Handlers Certificate
- TAB Compliance
- An energetic and positive can-do attitude
