We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Assistant Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and leading a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hospitality management, with a strong background in stock control, staff management, and financial performance. They will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, managing venue operations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and issue resolution
  • Manage venue operations, including stock control, rostering, training, and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including liquor and gaming laws

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in hospitality management
  • Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
  • Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG)
  • Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence
  • Food Handlers Certificate
  • TAB Compliance
