Lead Hospitality Team Member

The hotel is seeking an experienced team leader with a passion for hospitality to take the next step in their career. As part of a progressive and supportive group, you will be empowered to make wise decisions and take immediate action to restore order during a shift.

Key responsibilities include handling customer complaints, engaging with customers, monitoring and enforcing hotel policy, guidelines, and procedures, and ensuring staff follow RSA training for dealing with intoxicated patrons.

  • Monitor till operations, cash handling, and money security procedures
  • Monitor stock levels and handle stock control procedures
  • Adhere to venue opening and closing procedures including safe/till/float balancing
  • Manage performance improvement and cleanliness of the work area
