Job Overview:

  • About the Role:

    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
    • Lead and motivate a large, multi-skilled team to achieve business targets and excellence in service delivery
    • Manage operational aspects of the Venue, including rostering, administration, and recruitment
    • Identify opportunities for business growth and develop plans to capitalize on them

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Operational management of the Venue, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
    • Team leadership and development, focusing on coaching, mentoring, and performance management
    • Customer engagement and satisfaction, identifying opportunities to improve and implement solutions
    • Business growth and development, leveraging insights and data to inform decision-making

Requirements:

  • Hospitality or retail leadership experience, ideally with a proven track record of success
  • Ability to lead, develop, and coach a large, multi-skilled team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers, staff, and stakeholders
  • Current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications
