We are a dynamic hospitality team located in Melbourne.
Available Roles:
- Coffee and Beverage Specialists:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station.
- Engage with customers to provide a warm and welcoming experience.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Dining Service Providers:
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers.
- Ensure a clean and tidy dining area.
- Provide friendly and efficient service.
- Assist with food preparation and other duties as needed.
- Operations Coordinators:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service.
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues.
- Assist with staff training and development.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
