About the Assistant Venue Manager Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Venue Manager. As a key member of our outlet management team, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our venue. This includes leading the team during busy service periods, conducting staff training, and implementing initiatives to enhance guest experience.

You will be someone who takes initiative, is proactive, and results-driven. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to motivate and develop your team, and have hands-on experience in hospitality. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have the ability to multitask, and be able to work effectively with others.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a high-volume hospitality environment, with a strong focus on customer service. You will also possess exceptional communication skills, be able to inspire and lead your team, and have the ability to handle the physical demands of a hospitality business. A valid driver's license and knowledge of basic HACCP and WHS principles are essential. Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office is also desirable.
