Employment Type: Full-time

Foxiegames is seeking a skilled and adaptable Art Manager to enhance our asset production workflow. The Art Manager will collaborate closely with the Art Lead, Creative Director, and technical teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality art tailored for our gaming projects.

Desired Experience:

Experience in a studio environment is preferred but not essential if you possess the necessary skills.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with external outsourcing partners to create tailored characters, textures, UI, 2D/3D assets, and other visual elements for our games.
  • Facilitate clear communication between project leads, technical teams, and artists from concept through to asset delivery.
  • Contribute to establishing an artistic vision for our mobile gaming titles.

Required Skills:

  • Proven ability to implement a creative vision effectively.
  • Exceptional eye for composition and color, with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with various forms of game art, including 2D, 3D, UI, animation, and visual effects.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently and take ownership of art asset development.
  • Assist in the integration of assets into production projects.
  • Willingness to engage directly with tools such as Photoshop, Maya, and Max.
  • Strong understanding of anatomy and architectural design.
  • Knowledge of diverse visual styles and their application.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback.

Bonus Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of Unity3D, including lighting, material setup, animation systems, and general workflows.
  • Experience in mobile game development.
  • Experience in developing quadruped characters.
