Work Environment:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute production tasks in accordance with established schedules and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Enhance site performance through active participation and contribution.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S practices, to elevate product quality and safety.
  • Promote a culture of open communication and teamwork throughout the facility.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in pharmaceutical compounding is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and practices.
  • Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Ability to work effectively within a team setting.
  • Exposure to Kaizen and/or 5S methodologies is advantageous but not mandatory.
