Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute production tasks in accordance with established schedules and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Contribute to site performance by maximizing efficiency and productivity.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S practices, to enhance product quality and safety.
  • Foster a culture of open communication and teamwork throughout the organization.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with the following desirable attributes:

  • Experience in pharmaceutical compounding.
  • Familiarity with cleanroom protocols.
  • Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Ability to work effectively in team settings.
  • Exposure to Kaizen and/or 5S methodologies is advantageous but not mandatory.
