Enhancing Quality of Life Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Lifestyle Services Assistant to support residents in meeting their individual lifestyle goals, needs and choices.
The successful candidate will provide assistance with the design, delivery and monitoring of group and individual recreational activities, ensuring that all activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards.
- Coordinate activities and therapies as directed by the Lifestyle Coordinator
- Maintain documentation of activities and therapies according to Aged Care legislation requirements, including individual resident activity profiles
The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support or Certificate IV in Leisure and Health, with minimum 6 months' experience as a Lifestyle Services Assistant within Aged Care or Community Services. They must also be able to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.
