As a key member of our Australian Engagement and Change Advisory team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future for our clients, the community, and our people. Your expertise will drive positive business and social outcomes while mitigating risks through high-quality engagement and change interventions.

Our team excels in delivering innovative, collaborative consultations that proactively engage communities and stakeholders in decision-making processes. With a global collective experience, we strike a balance between local knowledge and international best practices.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the Engagement and Change Advisory team within our NSW/ACT region, fostering growth in our people, performance, and market position
  • Strengthen client relationships and deliver exceptional services to achieve outstanding results for our clients and the organization in NSW/ACT and nationally
  • Foster internal relationships across Aurecon, specifically in our NSW/ACT region and with ECA regional and capability leader peers
  • Ensure quality project delivery across a broad portfolio for our clients in a commercially astute manner

Requirements:

  • A strong network of clients and proven success in growing, developing, and maintaining an advisory business within NSW/ACT while thinking nationally for our ECA team to deliver expected business outcomes
  • Recognized industry eminence/experience in one of ECA's capability areas, focusing mainly on C&SE and/or Transformation & Change
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and grow a high-performing team
  • Excellence in quality project delivery across a project lifecycle for our clients to make a real difference in their business outcomes
  • Strong commercial understanding in professional services, including experienced leadership in business units/practices financially and operationally
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications, Community Engagement, Change and Transformation, Social Value, or business-related fields
