About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Financial Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our day-to-day financial operations and ensuring seamless integration with core financial systems.

  • You will contribute to the design, development, and configuration of ERP functionality, modules, and financial applications tailored to business requirements. This includes customizing existing solutions, integrating with enterprise systems, such as HR, Student, IT, and third-party platforms, and ensuring seamless data flow to optimize performance, scalability, and user experience;
  • You will provide high-level support for ERP and financial systems, including software upgrades, user assistance, troubleshooting, and bug resolution. You will conduct rigorous testing, including functional, integration, and system-level, to ensure high availability, reliability, and optimal performance across all platforms;
  • You will maintain robust data governance by enforcing relevant legislation, policies, and guidelines. You will support the organization's User Access controls and audit requirements to uphold data integrity, security, and compliance across all ERP and financial systems.

You'll be committed to delivering outstanding client service, building strong relationships across the organization, communicating with influence, and negotiating with confidence.

Requirements
  • Relevant degree with extensive experience in financial systems administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a financial systems environment;
  • Demonstrated expertise in enterprise financial systems and understanding of finance and payroll literacy and processes, expertise and experience in the use of MS Office programs (advanced Excel skills) and accounting software;
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, XLOne, ETL, SQL, Power BI) and Business Process Automation and AI Tools;
  • Experience managing system upgrades, testing, and change control processes.
