Job Summary:

Milestone IT is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing Level 1 support to users both on and off-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ticket Management: Gather information and raise tickets for clients who contact our team.
  2. IT Support: Provide technical assistance to users for queries and incidents raised by customers.
  3. Account Management: Create and manage Active Directory accounts and Exchange mailboxes.
  4. Service Delivery: Respond to service issues and requests in a timely manner.
  5. Troubleshooting: Perform proactive and reactive troubleshooting to identify potential problems.
  6. Communication: Maintain clear and concise communications and records to support service delivery.

Requirements:

  1. Ticketing System: Detailed knowledge of ticketing systems.
  2. Windows 10: Detailed knowledge and experience of Windows 10 operating systems.
  3. Microsoft Office: Detailed knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office Suite.
  4. Active Directory: Detailed knowledge of Active Directory.
  5. Communication Skills: Friendly, welcoming, and professional with good telephone manners.
  6. Teamwork: Well-presented, hardworking, and enjoys working in a team.
  7. Problem-Solving: Possess great written and verbal communication skills.
  8. Independence: Work well independently and productively within a small team environment.
