Requirements:

  • ">
  • Proven experience in a Senior HR Business Partner role across Australia and New Zealand awards/legislation">
  • Experience in employee relations, with industrial relations exposure preferred">
  • Knowledge of training management and/or compliance tools">
  • Familiarity with payroll systems or experience liaising with payroll providers">
  • Ability to build positive relationships, negotiate, and problem-solve">
  • Flexible and professional attitude with a proactive approach">
