We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Portfolio Director of Talent and Culture, including assisting with employee benefits, rewards, and recognition programs.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about helping people succeed. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Portfolio Director of Talent and Culture
- Assist with employee benefits, rewards, and recognition programs
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitments, onboarding, and learning and development of hotel teams across three properties
- Manage administrative tasks to ensure compliance
- Administer Work Cover claims and return-to-work process
- Initiate and drive engagement activities and promote a positive culture
- Complete HR reports and projects
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotels preferred
- Proven administrative, organizational, and time management skills
- Understanding of industrial relations, occupational health & safety legislation, workers' compensation
- Ability to work at a fast pace and with competing priorities
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact at all levels of team members
