This part-time (20 hours), newly established role offers a unique opportunity to have your say and make a real impact within our growing People Team. You will partner with leaders to identify learning needs and deliver tailored development solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
The core responsibilities of the role include:
- Partnering with leaders to identify learning needs and delivering tailored development solutions.
- Designing, implementing, and reviewing L&D programs, policies, and career pathways.
- Supporting leadership capability at all levels, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Ensuring training programs meet Aged Care Act requirements.
- Coordinating and delivering engaging learning initiatives, including wellbeing and compliance training.
- Overseeing learning systems, records, and reporting, ensuring accurate tracking of participation and outcomes.
- Managing relationships with external training providers and coordinating course logistics.
- Evaluating training effectiveness and driving continuous improvement in programs and platforms.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable).
- 6+ years of experience in an end-to-end L&D role.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently.
- Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, training evaluation, and capability frameworks.
- Experience in aged care or a regulated health environment (highly regarded).
- Unlimited working rights in Australia.
- A successful National police check, or willingness to apply.
