Job Title

The Learning and Development team is responsible for designing and implementing learning programs, including leadership development initiatives, performance enhancement projects, and induction processes. This role will provide the opportunity to work with an experienced team on targeted and relevant learning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Manage learning projects ensuring timely delivery of results.
  2. Develop quality partnerships within departments and agencies to deliver effective learning services.
  3. Prepare plans, reports, briefs, and correspondence on learning issues and initiatives.
  4. Provide advice on human resources matters related to learning initiatives.
  5. Stay up-to-date with key departmental and public service reform initiatives.

This position requires experience in learning and organisational development projects. The successful candidate must be able to engage stakeholders, manage consultation, and support the implementation of organisational strategies.
