Farming Administrator Job Opportunity

In this role, you will provide administrative support to our Farming team, ensuring timely, accurate, and confidential completion of tasks.

  • Scanning, filing records, and maintaining general documentation
  • Managing incoming and outgoing purchase orders through an integrated system
  • Maintaining up-to-date OHS site requirements
  • Supporting internal OHS systems and processes to ensure compliance
  • Performing general office duties

You will bring to this role:

  • Prior experience in an administrative capacity
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A positive attitude with excellent phone etiquette
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to provide support to multiple stakeholders while working independently
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks
