As a Health and Safety professional, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission by developing and implementing effective strategies to promote a safe and healthy work environment for our employees.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Health and Safety, with experience in managing work cover claims, implementing new policies and procedures, and promoting improved wellbeing awareness across the organization.

Key qualities and areas of experience we are looking for include:

  • Proven experience within a similar Health and Safety role
  • Cert IV in Workplace Health and Safety (WHS)
  • Experience working in a commercial environment with a pragmatic approach
  • Previous experience in the development of preventive strategies to minimize health and safety risks in the workplace
  • Strong knowledge of relevant WHS legislation, guidelines, and WHS management practices
  • Strong communication and influential skills
  • Experience in the administration and coordination of Workcover claims
  • Flexibility for travel and ability to work autonomously

Experience in agriculture machinery environments with a diversified and distributed workforce would be highly regarded.
