Restaurant Manager Role

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced leader to lead a dynamic restaurant environment.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, maintaining excellent customer service standards, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations.

This includes developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

  • Lead a team of servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor and inventory expenses, to optimize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Lead by example, motivate and inspire team members, and make informed decisions that drive business results.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain high-quality food and beverage offerings, manage inventory levels, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Team Development: Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities to help team members achieve their full potential.
  • Customer Experience: Foster strong relationships with customers, address concerns, and provide exceptional service.
Requirements:
  • Leadership experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with team members and customers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Basic math skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in managing cash handling and inventory procedures.
