We are hunting for the most passionate and talented Food and Beverage Daytime Team Leader

As Food & Beverage Team Leader, you are an enthusiastic, energetic individual who is a talented and experienced food and beverage focused team leader, and who prides yourself on supporting a dedicated team in continually improving our operations and guest service levels.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Understand menu content, any menu changes and promotional activities.
  • Get to know and recognise regular guests.
  • Handle all customer enquiries in a professional manner.
  • Provide a high standard of food and beverage service in an enthusiastic and friendly manner.
  • Have full knowledge of and practice all of the hotel's established workplace health and safety guidelines (WHS).
  • Ensure that all tasks set are completed in the time allocated and to the standard set by the Hotel.
  • Maintain superior levels of food & beverage service to hotel guests.
  • Train food & beverage attendants of a lower grade.
  • Lead a team of food & beverage attendants of a lower grade.
  • Perform any other duties as directed by supervisor / manager.

About you

  • Holding a current SA RSA.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in F&B.
  • Great communication skills, confidence and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work as part of the team.
  • High level of knowledge in coffee making.
  • Passion for food and wine.
  • A team player.
  • Ability to work early morning shifts around a 7 day week roster.
