We are hunting for the most passionate and talented Food and Beverage Daytime Team Leader

As Food & Beverage Team Leader, you are an enthusiastic, energetic individual, talented and experienced food and beverage focused team leader, who prides yourself on supporting a dedicated team in continually improving our operations and guest service levels.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Understand menu content, any menu changes and promotional activities
  • Get to know and recognise regular guests
  • Handle all customer enquiries with a professional manner
  • Provide a high standard of food and beverage service in an enthusiastic and friendly manner
  • Have a full knowledge of and practice of all of the hotel's established workplace health and safety guidelines (WH&S)
  • Ensure that all tasks set are completed in the time allocated and to the standard set by the Hotel
  • Maintain superior levels of food & beverage service to hotel guests
  • Training food & beverage attendants of a lower grade
  • Leading a team of food & beverage attendants of a lower grade
  • Perform any other duties as directed by supervisor / manager

ABOUT YOU..

  • Holding a current SA RSA
  • Minimum 3 years experience in F&B
  • Great communication skills, confidence and positive attitude
  • Ability to work as part of the team
  • High level of knowledge in coffee making
  • Passion for food and wine
  • A team player
  • Ability to work early morning shifts around 7 day week roster
