We are hunting for the most passionate and talented Food and Beverage Daytime Team Leader
As Food & Beverage Team Leader, you are an enthusiastic, energetic individual, talented and experienced food and beverage focused team leader, who prides yourself on supporting a dedicated team in continually improving our operations and guest service levels.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Understand menu content, any menu changes and promotional activities
- Get to know and recognise regular guests
- Handle all customer enquiries with a professional manner
- Provide a high standard of food and beverage service in an enthusiastic and friendly manner
- Have a full knowledge of and practice of all of the hotel's established workplace health and safety guidelines (WH&S)
- Ensure that all tasks set are completed in the time allocated and to the standard set by the Hotel
- Maintain superior levels of food & beverage service to hotel guests
- Training food & beverage attendants of a lower grade
- Leading a team of food & beverage attendants of a lower grade
- Perform any other duties as directed by supervisor / manager
ABOUT YOU..
- Holding a current SA RSA
- Minimum 3 years experience in F&B
- Great communication skills, confidence and positive attitude
- Ability to work as part of the team
- High level of knowledge in coffee making
- Passion for food and wine
- A team player
- Ability to work early morning shifts around 7 day week roster
