- Design and manage quality metrics and reporting systems to monitor software development performance and facilitate continuous improvement.
- Build and lead high-performing teams of Quality Engineers, fostering professional growth and motivation.
- Regularly assess and optimize testing processes to adapt to changing project needs and market conditions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Agile certifications such as CSM, CSPO, or SAFe Agilist are preferred.
- At least 7 years of experience in software quality assurance, including 3+ years in leadership within fintech or wealth management technology.
- Proven leadership as a QA/Test Lead or Manager in fintech or wealth management sectors.
- Expertise in test management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills, with a capacity to foster innovation in QA.
