**About the Role**

As a BizOps Associate, you will be responsible for data & financial analysis, operational support, project management, and process improvement.

You will work closely with the executive team and functional leaders to ensure smooth project execution and workflow management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing business processes to optimize efficiency, with a focus on financial reporting and process.
  • Conducting data analysis to inform decision-making and operational improvements.
  • Collaborating with teams to ensure smooth project execution and workflow management.
  • Assisting in monitoring key metrics and reporting on performance outcomes.
  • Identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks and process inefficiencies.
  • Coordinating with leadership on strategic initiatives and business-critical projects.

Requirements include:

  • 1-2 years of professional experience from a consulting background at a top-tier firm.
  • A generalist mindset, ready to be parachuted into scenarios with little to no context.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Sheets, or SQL, with the ability to structure unstructured data.
  • Baseline understanding of financial metrics and reporting, with a key interest in working with leadership to improve leading and lagging indicators.
  • Succinct communication skills, both written and verbal.
