The Office & Despatch Administrator is a key position within our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office activities and despatch functions.
This part-time role (28.5 hours per week) will support our Bendigo site with various administration tasks, including purchasing, data entry, liaison between sales and production teams, and assisting with despatch operations as required.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate office activities and operations to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Effectively manage day-to-day administration tasks, prioritizing tasks to meet organizational requirements.
- Accurately maintain internal databases and efficiently manage both employees and external stakeholders.
- Save and upload documents accurately, ensuring timely and secure data management.
- Preferred but not essential knowledge of Melbourne and its surrounding area, Bendigo, and regional Victoria.
- Mandatory MS Office experience.
- Strong customer service skills and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Desirable SAP experience and problem-solving skills.
