Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled customer service professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in contact centres or customer service environments, preferably within facilities management or complex settings. They will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries across all channels, providing comprehensive support, and contributing to the success of the organization.

This role requires strong customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work on a 24/7 shift rotation.

  • Responding to customer inquiries across all channels (inbound & outbound calls and emails)
  • Providing end-to-end support based on administrative tasks
  • Contributing to the success of the team and broader business objectives
Key Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Professional will be responsible for:

  • Building customer trust, value, and loyalty by creating a positive customer experience
  • Taking ownership of customer requests through to effective resolution
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience in contact centres or customer service environment preferably within Facilities Management or complex environments
  • Experience with Contact Centre Telephony Systems - Preferred
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, Excel, etc
  • Strong customer service ethic and focus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
