About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a highly skilled technical expert. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining end-user systems, ensuring they meet business needs and client requirements.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in system administration, development, delivery, and maintenance. They will possess operational knowledge and expertise in end-user systems and have proficiency in Microsoft Azure AD, Entra ID, Exchange Online, and general Microsoft 365 administration.
Suitable candidates will also have strong knowledge of automation using scripting languages such as PowerShell, VBScript, etc., and proficient in Microsoft local Active Directory and Group Policy.
Key Responsibilities:- Enhance end-user systems in line with architecture principles, business needs, and client requirements.
- Maintain documentation for IT assets, ensuring optimal contribution to IT services.
- Identify and mitigate risks to end-user system performance, security, and continuity.
- Contribute to technical solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and optimize the operational environment.
- Develop tools for delivering approved software to desktop systems.
- Maintain documentation and share knowledge about solutions and services.
- Monitor and report on end-user system development and operation.
- Execute changes remotely using the IT Change Control process.
- Tertiary qualification in an Information Technology-related field or equivalent experience in a medium-sized corporate environment.
- Proven experience in developing, delivering, administering, and maintaining end-user systems.
- Operational knowledge and expertise in the field of end-user systems.
- Holistic thinking and action to develop and maintain end-user systems within a corporate environment.
