Role Overview:

A highly skilled Retoucher is required to deliver high-end retouching services for e-Commerce, EDM, and campaign imagery.

The Role:

  • Oversee the retouching of a high volume of monthly assets for eComm, EDM, and campaigns
  • Provide detailed briefs to offshore teams, including colour correction and fabric/skin notes
  • Manage the end-to-end retouching workflow and timelines
  • Ensure final images meet brand guidelines and technical specifications
  • Maintain consistency across product, fashion, and lifestyle imagery
  • Collaborate with photographers, stylists, art directors, and creatives to bring concepts to life
  • Organise files with clear naming conventions and layer structures
  • Assist in updating retouching guidelines and workflow documentation
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and tools

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in professional retouching, ideally within retail fashion
  • A Graphic Design qualification would be highly regarded but not essential
  • Expert in Adobe Photoshop, with proficient knowledge of Lightroom, Capture One, or Bridge
  • Prior experience in high-volume image retouching
  • Strong grasp of colour theory, lighting, skin retouching, and texture preservation
  • Skilled in handling RAW files and layered PSDs
  • Strong visual eye, attention to detail, and ability to take feedback
  • Aesthetic eye for fashion imagery
  • Creative problem-solver with a proactive mindset
  • Passion for photography, design, and fashion
  • A sharp eye for detail and visual consistency
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
