Acumatica Functional Consultant

We're seeking a talented Acumatica expert to lead our integration projects and provide exceptional ERP support to customers.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Solutions team and play a key role in deploying, supporting, and enhancing our AP automation solution with Acumatica.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead client implementations of TRAILD's AP automation platform with Acumatica.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and provide tailored ERP/AP solutions.
  • Configure, test, and troubleshoot technical integrations for seamless deployment and user adoption.
  • Provide exceptional technical support to clients, particularly with escalated issues or complex ERP-related inquiries.
The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a highly skilled professional with:

  • Deep expertise in Acumatica and SaaS/ERP products.
  • A strong understanding of ERP systems, financial processes, and Accounts Payable.
  • Proven ability to diagnose technical issues and collaborate cross-functionally to solve them.
  • Candidates with experience in additional ERPs like SYSPRO, Epicor, Sap B1, NetSuite are highly regarded.
